We invite you to come join the HCH family – a family of orphans, staff and caring people who share the incredible vision of redeeming lives that might be lost – and we need you!
You can make a big difference in a few important ways:
Our ministry and children need your prayers! This is top priority for us because God can do far more than any of us can. Our children, staff and Board of Directors need the Lord’s grace, guidance and provision to keep moving forward to touch more lives and overcome the many obstacles that come our way.
If you would like to receive our monthly newsletter highlighting the latest news and prayer requests,
As you know, caring for a family (especially the size of ours!) can be quite a financial undertaking. Your donations will be used to continue providing for the daily needs of our children, staff and facility. There are many ongoing needs and new challenges that require generous donors like you. Your support will also be a key factor in being able to realize our dream of building other Harvest Children’s Homes in Cameroon and beyond to meet the growing need of countless desperate orphans.
There are 2 ways you can help:
- Become a regular monthly supporter. As a monthly supporter of Harvest Children’s Home, you are the financial foundation of this ministry. From covering basic necessities at HCH to realizing the dream of reaching other desperate children, without regular supporters like you, it all stops.
- Make a onetime donation to the general fund or a special project. Thank you so much for considering a onetime donation. Much good work gets done as generous people like you lend a hand. Below you will find a list of projects needed at the orphanage. The list is in priority order with an estimated cost for each project in US Dollars.
So, you’re thinking about a mission trip to HCH? That’s a great way to check out the ministry, meet the kids and staff, and make a real difference with your time and talents. We bet you’ll fall in love with them just as we have – especially the children!
But taking a trip halfway around the globe is no small task. A trip this big requires prayer, careful planning, personal sacrifice, and strategic alliances – but we’re here to help.
So, if you think you’re ready, if you believe that God has prepared you to meet our family in person, take a look at the mission trip calendar to see when the teams are going and what projects they will be working on. After looking at the calendar, please fill out the Mission Trip Application Form and email your application to the address listed on the bottom of the form. Our mission trip coordinator will review your application and contact you within a couple of weeks.
A mission trip like this is a life changing experience you will never forget. And who knows – it may just be the start of a whole new family for you.
So, God is moving in your heart to really be Jesus’ hands and feet for our family in Fundong, Cameroon; but a trip half way around the world is just not for you? Well, take heart, there are still many opportunities for you to make a difference from right here at home.
One of those things is being an advocate for HCH in the church you attend. Tell your leadership or missions board about the ministry and how they can become part of the family as well. You can also invite your friends and family to be involved. They can start right here at our website and Face Book page: https://www.facebook.com/Harvest-Childrens-Home-500468789977808/ then reach out to us with any questions: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you would like to become an HCH Advocate or need more information, please complete the questionnaire. Someone will contact you with more details and answer any questions you might have.
There are other practical ways to help throughout the year. Some of these include: collecting items (like clothing, personal hygiene items, Bibles…) for our mission teams to take with them; raising financial support for teams traveling to HCH; research projects (appropriate vocational training for our kids or training materials for the HCH staff) and more.
If you would like more information on helping in these practical ways, please complete the questionnaire. Someone will contact you with more details and answer any questions you might have.
